		<description>This angers me that AmEx is asking for a handout. I have been a travel manager before and they waste billions of dollars each year trying to woo the topp 500 companies to use their companies.  Cut out the sales group of 10 that call on you, cut out the boondoggles, cut out the fat cats and you will make money.  I pay my statement each month and I don&#039;t want to have to pay for someone who spends a fortunate on personal items then does not pay their bill. Give them 0% interest for 12 months and maybe they can pay their credit card statement off during that time instead of adding late fees, high interest charges, etc.  Its better than your company having to write off their debt.</description>
